We don't come to replace the local church — we come to strengthen it.
Lasting ministry in Senegal is carried by Senegalese believers. Africa Cries Out comes alongside indigenous churches and their pastors — serving with them, encouraging them, and equipping them to lead the work in their own communities long after a mission team goes home.
Partners, not proprietors
The church that will still be standing in Senegal in twenty years is the Senegalese church. So our aim is never to build something that depends on us — it is to put strength into what God is already growing through local believers.
That means we listen before we lead, we honor the pastors already serving, and we measure success by what the local church can carry on its own. Everything we do in outreach, mercy, and training is meant to flow back into a healthy, self-sustaining local church.
